Monday to Friday from 7.30 till 19.30 and Saturday & Sunday from 9.00 till 13.00.
Outside those times, room keys can be obtained from the security guard in building 120 entrance B.
Reservations which have been guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card, will be charged for 1 night in case of a no show.
Reservation which have not been guaranteed for late arrival will be cancelled after 5.00pm on the day of arrival.
